I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Canada. I'm holding a nutrition workshop soon. Dates are TBD. It will be on Zoom and will be 3 sessions.

At the end of the workshop, you can choose a nutrition package of your choice for free. Times will be in Eastern Standard Time.

It is a workshop based on portion control, how to choose healthy alternatives for snacks and meals and drinks, and so on . We will also talk about macros and tracking calories.

Started in 2022 after my kids were born and I want to help everyone. Helping people is what I do best. I am a personal trainer with the YMCA and ISSA and I am a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
